A Moment of Recognition
Receiving The Enterprising Woman Award on Women’s Day was a deeply humbling reminder that the work we do matters.
This honor isn’t just mine—it belongs to every person who has walked into a session, attended a workshop, or believed in the power of emotional healing.

Building a Community
of Healing
Satvikta isn’t just about one-on-one healing—it’s about belonging, expression, and creating safe spaces for people to grow, together.
From expressive arts workshops to our monthly support groups and collaborative events, our community is always expanding, always welcoming.

Where It All Began!
I still remember the moment I truly understood what Psychology was—it was like something inside me clicked. I knew right then, this is what I want to do with my life.
Even as people around me didn’t always prioritize mental health, something deep within me knew that it mattered—and that I wanted to be part of the change.
Choosing Psychology wasn’t just an academic decision. It was a heart-led choice to walk alongside others on their journeys, to spread awareness, and to make emotional wellness something we talk about freely, without shame.
That’s how Satvikta was born—a space where we can heal together, speak our truths, and find strength in vulnerability. A space where creativity and compassion walk hand in hand.

What I Do Now?
I offer a blend of talk therapy, expressive arts therapy, support groups, and well-being workshops that make space for all kinds of emotions, stories, and growth.
Some days, healing looks like a long conversation. Other days, it looks like colors on paper, music in the background, or a room full of people discovering they’re not alone.
I'm a Counseling Psychologist with experience
of supporting individuals in navigating anxiety,
grief, stress, self-worth, relationships, and identity.
A Little About My Training
I hold a special international certification from UNESCO-CID (The International Council for Dance) in Expressive Arts Therapy, which allows me to integrate therapeutic movement, art, drama, and music into sessions in a safe, ethical, and deeply transformative way.
In addition to that, I’ve trained in:
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-
Acceptance Commitment Therapy
-
Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation
-
Marriage and Family therapy
-
Group Process Work
But more than any certificate, it’s the people I’ve met, the stories I’ve witnessed, and the journeys I’ve been honored to walk with that have shaped me the most.
